英文摘要LiAlxMn2-xO4 (x = 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, and 0.15) is synthesized successfully using a sol - gel method at 700 degrees C for 10 h in air. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate the LiAlxMn2-xO4 has a good crystallinity. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images show tiny distinction about the morphology and size for samples. Compared with the pure LiMn2O4, the Al-doping LiMn2O4 possesses outstanding cycling capabilitiy, testified by electrochemical measurement, especially for the sample of LiAl0.1Mn1.9O4. The discharge capacity of LiAl0.1Mn1.9O4 delivers up to 113.2mAh g(-1) at 0.5 C - rate, and the capacity retention is 97.1% after 100 cycles.
