英文摘要 | A bifunctional fluorescent probe 1,1'-(5,5'-(6,6'-dihydroxy-5,5'-dimethoxybiphenyl-3,3'-diyl) bis(3-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-5,1(4H, 5H)-diyl)) diethanone (C1) based on bispyrazoline was designed and synthesized. The structure of C1 was confirmed by H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The spectroscopic behavior toward metal ions has been investigated by the absorption and fluorescence methods. It exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity for detecting Cu2+ and Zn2+ over other commonly coexistent metal ions in 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazine ethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) buffer solution [V(MeOH): V(H2O)= 1: 1, 20 mol.L-1, pH=7.4] and it has the capability to differentiate target ions with different fluorescence. |
