英文摘要 | Logistics efficiency plays an important role in the optimization of production system. Therefore, in this paper, the method of SLP is applied for this optimization purpose. In the systematic 1ayout planning example of testing center, the related graphics are used to illuminate the logistics and non-logistics relationships. Integrating the two relationships, three comparative projects could be obtained. After analyzing the three projects with logistics efficiency, facilitation services, easy to implement automated, management conveniences, project expansibility, appearance and 5S implementation etc, a best blue print is proposed, which can improve logistics efficiency and achieve production system optimization. © 2011 IEEE. |
