英文摘要 | In this paper, a frequency division robust optimal dispatching method considering uncertainty of wind power fluctuation is proposed to deal with the challenges brought by random fluctuation of wind power to modern renewable power dispatching. The method firstly uses wavelet packet to divide the power difference between power generation plan and wind power output into multiple frequency bands and select corresponding generating units, and a two-stage frequency division robust optimization model is constructed considering the uncertainty of wind power fluctuation by analyzing the confidence probability of the divided power fluctuation in each frequency band. The model distributes the required spare capacity of the system to the units in each frequency band in proportion, analyzes the regulation characteristics and scheduling cost of each frequency band, and uses data-driven multi-arc surface uncertainty set method to capture the uncertainty distribution of random fluctuation to reduce conservativeness. Column-and-constraint generation (C&CG) algorithm is simultaneously used to solve the problem.
