英文摘要Since the full mechanism of magnetic measurement data sharing has not been established, and the big database of material properties that the Hysteresis Modeling relies on is not complete enough, a phenomenological modeling study that abandons the microscopic physical nature of hysteresis has attracted attention. In this paper, based on Preisach's model, the cosh distribution function was adopted. In order to take into account the hysteresis function and numerical efficiency, the Everett function was introduced to establish the analytical expression of hysteresis characteristics. Then, the root mean square error between the analysis result of hysteresis model and the measurement value of common silicon steel 50WW600 material was used as the fitness function, and the parameters of Preisach model were identified by Levenberg-Marquardt (L-M) algorithm. Finally, the actual measurement value of hysteresis loop under different working conditions was compared with the calculation result of hysteresis model, which verifies the accuracy and validity of the model, and lays a theoretical foundation for the fine finite element analysis of electrical machinery. © 2020 Chin.
