英文摘要The γ-Reθ transition model was added to two-equation SST (shear stress transport) κ-Ε turbulence model, and a two-blade VAWT (vertical axis wind turbine) was studied by numerical method. The pressure distribution of blade surface was obtained and compared with the experimental results in the literature. On this basis, the torque and thrust coefficient of rotor, the limiting streamline distribution of blade surface and the skin friction coefficient of blade surface were analyzed and compared. The results show that, compared with the SST κ- Ε turbulence model, the root mean square of the rotor torque coefficient and thrust coefficient predicted by four-equation transition model are decreased 6.13% and 0.55%. In the calculation, the four-equation transition model can predict the transition phenomenon of the boundary layer of the VAWT blade and capture the complex flow characteristics of the blade surface in more detail. © 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
