英文摘要In order to investigate increment of efficiency and flow rate of the double-case segmental multi-stage pump, the high pressure double-case multi-stage pump used by Lanzhou Auxiliary Agent Plant was studied in this article. First, some optimization schemes for the impellers and guide vane (radial diffuser) in the first stage and other 10 stages were set in this article on the restrictive conditions, the head and shaft power are the same, and the NPSHr is not higher than the original pump. Second, all the optimization schemes were numerically simulated by CFD technology. The results show that, compared with the original multi-pump at Q=128m(3)/h, the efficiency of optimized pump at Q=140m(3)/h increases by 6.57% and shaft power decreases. In conclusion, the optimized multi-pump meets the design requirements and the optimization process provides reference method for the investigation on the high-end double-case multi-stage pump.
