英文摘要 | In this paper, the poly (N-vinyl caprolactam-co-N, N-dimethylacrylamide) intelligent hydrogel was prepared by frontal polymerization. Accor-ding to two kinds of monomer, N-vinyl caprolactam (N-VCL) and N, N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAA), the effects of monomer molar ratio, crosslinking agent and initiator on the frontal polymerization parameters and the properties of the copolymerization hydrogel were studied. Using aspirin as a model drug, the effects of copolymer hydrogel on aspirin loading and releasing were evaluated. The results show that the copolymers have temperature sensitivity, the phase transition temperature is between 25-40, and the sensitivity of the gel to the sensitivity of the temperature stimulation is more obvious after the addition of the monomer. With the increase of the content of the monomer DMAA, the wave temperature and wave velocity increase, the swelling rate of the greenhouse increases. When the molar ratio of the two monomers is n(N-VCL):n(DMAA)=5:5, the temperature sensitivity of the hydrogel is the best. With the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent, the swelling capacity and temperature sensitivity of the copolymer gel decreased. The phase transition temperature increases with the increase of initiator dosage. As the ratio of DMAA monomer increased, the gel drug loading increased at 25 and 37, but as far as drug release effect was concerned, gel release efficiency and total drug release rate were higher at 37. © 2021, Materials Review Magazine.
