英文摘要 | NiO nanowires have been synthesized at the water bath via single-phase precipitation, using NiSO4·6H2O as nickel salts, NH3·H2O and H2C2O4·2H2O as precipitation agents and H2O as solvent. It has been measured by DSG/TG, X-ray diffiration (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results of the DSC/TG show that the precursor is completely decomposed under 400°C. The results of the XRD show that NiO nanowires are cube crystal structure. The diffraction peaks are in 37.3° 43.3° and 62.9°, which are consistent with normal pattern. The optimum parameters are detemined in this system as: pH values of solution 8.0, reaction temperature 60°C, roasting temperature 400°C. The length-radius proportion of NiO nanowires prepared is greater than 20 under optimum conditions. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. |
