英文摘要	In order to solve problems that the variation of wire extension lead to the instable process of pulsed MIG welding for aluminum alloy, the simulation was carried out by using Human simulated intelligent control (HSIA) which control the feed speed used arc voltage as feedback signal. An experimental system of HSIA was established used real-time target environment based on xPC Target. Then the experimental research was carried out. The results showed that the control scheme used HSIA can acquire the higher precision and faster response. A stable welding process was realized as well. ©, 2014, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
