英文摘要Bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al-based materials with 5%, 10% and 15% (mass fraction) Cr respectively were prepared by aluminothermic reaction, and followed by annealing treatment at 1 000°C for 8 h. The crystal structures and average grain sizes of the materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction, and the microstructures of the 10% Cr materials were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the crystal grain of the three materials are disordered bcc structure. With increasing Cr content, the average grain sizes of the three materials are 26, 29 and 36 nm, respectively. Compressive property investigation indicates that the flow stress of the material after annealing decreases with increasing Cr content, and the alloys after annealing have a considerable plastic deformation.
