英文摘要	Al2O3/Fe3Si nanocomposite powders were synthesized by mechanical alloying and annealing with Fe2O3, Si and Al powders as raw materials. The solid-state reaction process and surface morphology of the composite powders during ball milling and after annealing were investigated by XRD and SEM. The results indicate that the composite powders of Al2O3, Fe5Si3, Fe3Si and FeSi were obtained by milling of Fe2O3-Si-Al mixed powders for 5 h. The composite powders of Al2O3 and Fe3Si were synthesized by milling of Fe2O3-Si-Al mixed powders for 20 h. The phases of Al2O3/Fe3Si composite powders remain unchange after annealing at 900°C for 1 h. The particle size of the composite powders with spherical shape and a uniform distribution is about 5 μm. The grain size of Al2O3 and Fe3Si of the annealed composite is 26.6 nm and 28.3 nm, respectively.
