英文摘要Aimed at aluminum 6063 aluminum alloy, the mechanical behavior of the welding joint was studied. Material properties for the inhomogeneous welded joint from welding seam to base metal were characterized by means of a small punch test combined with inversed FEM algorithm. The true stain-stress curve of each micro zone of the welded joint was obtained and evolution of large deformation was analyzed. In addition, experimental and numerical modeling for the crushing of thin walled structure were carried out with a special FEM model for welded joint. The influence of geometrical parameters and loading conditions on distortion and failure of the welded structure were discussed.
