英文摘要 | LaFel(1-x)Ni(x)O(3) (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0) nano-crystalline powders were synthesized by sot-gel method. The phase structure, morphology and composition of the LaFe1-xNixO3 were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The charge-discharge performance and electrochemical kinetics properties of the oxides in alkaline solution were characterized by electrochemical methods, meanwhile the electrochemical behavior of the electrodes before and after UV excitation was comparatively studied. It was found that single phase nano-crystalline perovskite-type LaFe1-xNi3O3 composite oxides was obtained by sot-gel method with nitrate as raw materials. As the substitute amount x increasing, the phase structures of LaFe1-xNi3O3 transform from orthorhombic to rhombohedral type, the both molecular volumes and the grain sizes decreased. Electrochemical experimental results show that, with increasing x of Ni doping, the discharge capacity of LaFe1-xNixO3 electrodes increased gradually before the UV excitation, while the discharge capacity and the exchange current density I-o significantly enhanced under visible light irradiation. After the UV excitation, the largest discharge capacities could be up to 483.1 mAh.g(-1) and the exchange current density I-o increased by a wide margin from 3.54 similar to 11.58 mA.g(-1) before the UV excitation to 8.37 similar to 40.11 mA.g(-1). |
