英文摘要First, the article summarized and analyzed the existing model and algorithm of traffic control and dynamic traffic assignment (DTA) synergy. Then combined with integrative modeling of traffic control and DTA characteristics, it proposed a traffic control and DTA synergy strategy and structure, created a synergy model and optimization algorithm based on system hierarchical control theory, built area traffic state identification function, and according to the function confirmed collaborative time. Finally, simulation on a small network and results show the proposed model algorithm is effective. © 2013 American Society of Civil Engineers.
