英文摘要	An operation scheme based on dynamic e-business service system is designed, and also put forward a diversified profit-making mode. The dynamic e-business service system in the scheme not only acts as the important role of the service trading platform and window, by dint of hardware and software support environment and man-machine interface of multimedia provided by MISP, to help the third-party opertators to successfully complete many integrated services, but also offers an effective controllable access, which is used to reliably transfer business flow, information flow, capital flow and logistics flow between service provider or service customer or service supporter and MISP. The third-party operators reaps profit from six models based on innovation design and manufacture services of key products, rental and auction services of preponderant resources, increase benefits services of logistics information management and so on. It is favour to practice the wheel-axle type operation mode with division of work and cooperation, and easy to implement the centralized control of capital flow in service activities, and develop and grow in strength the third party operators.
