New delay-dependent stability criterion for network-based control systems with time-varying delays

英文摘要Motivated by the insertion of a communication network in the feedback control loop, this paper presents a new state and input-time-varying delay-dependent criterion that ensures the stability of the closed-loop system with a memoryless state feedback controller, by exploiting a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by using some changes of variables and schur complements. Next, sufficient condition for the existence of controller and H-infinity state feedback controller design methods are obtained based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI). An illustrative example is provided to show the advantage of the proposed results for network-based control system with time-varying delay in state and control input.
