英文摘要This thesis elaborates seven years training experience about provincial training of professional backbone teachers and it also comprehensively reviews the process of organization. The aim of such training is transform teachers to double-certificate model teachers. Through seven years training, it provides large number of professional backbone teachers in urgent need which makes a significant contribution to the improvement of provincial vocational education.
