英文摘要Traditionally, the calibration matrix of a high-order adaptive optics system often suffers from the high noise, when the traditional push-pull calibration strategy is used. In this paper, taking a 961-element adaptive optics system as an example, the influence of calibration noise on the calibration matrix is analyzed, and the effects of filtering the influence matrix in the spatial domain are evaluated by numerical simulation, respectively. Finally, an experiment is conducted in the 961-element adaptive optics system and the results prove that filtering in the spatial domain is effective for the suppression of calibration noise.
