中文摘要Anxiety is one of the basic emotional states and psychological experiences of human beings, which is significant for environmental adaptation and even for survival. Moderate anxiety awakens individuals to be alert to potential threats, but excessive anxiety hinders individual's on-the-spot decision-making and skills exertion. A sustained strong anxiety experience may cause anxiety disorders, seriously affecting people's mental and physical health. Therefore, the intervention of anxiety is of great significance. In recent years, the findings of some studies indicated self-deception was able to regulate the anxiety level of individuals, but there is a lack of exploration on its mechanism. In this paper we attempt to explore the mediating role of self-deception between anxiety and coping style. This paper is divided into two studies. Study 1 is a questionnaire study, and study 2 is an experimental study. In study 1, the subjects were Han ordinary college students, Han sports school students and Uygur ordinary college students (hereinafter referred to as ordinary college students, sports school students and Uygur college students). The total sample size was 518. The State-trait anxiety inventory, self-deception enhancement scale and sport coping scale were used to measure the state/trait anxiety, self-deception and coping styles. The results show that: 1. Anxiety level of sports school students is higher than that of ordinary college students, while the anxiety level of Uygur students is higher than that of Han students. 2. The self-deception level of sports college students is higher than that of ordinary college students, which the self-deception level of ordinary college students is higher than that of Uygur students. 3. There is a significant negative correlation between self-deception and anxiety (either state or trait anxiety) in sports college students and ordinary college students, but there is no significant correlation between self-deception and anxiety in Uygur college students. 4. For sports college students and ordinary college students, their positive coping style has a significant negative correlation with state / trait anxiety, while negative coping style has a significant positive correlation with state/trait anxiety. 5. Self-deception plays a mediating role between anxiety and positive coping style. Study 2 explored the relationship between self-deception and state anxiety in the stress scene, and finds that self-deception can indeed alleviate anxiety, that is, the anxiety level of the self-deception group is lower than that of the control group. This study systematically invetigated the anxiety, self-deception and coping styles of different college students, as well as the relationship among them, and find that the relationship is different between different groups of college student, specifically, between Han college students and Uygur students. The correlation of self-deception and anxiety is only shown in the Han college students. In addition, this study verifies the effect of self-deception on state anxiety under experimental conditions, which enables us to better understand the role of self-deception and shed new light on anxiety intervention.
英文摘要焦虑是人类基本的情绪状态和心理体验。焦虑对个体的生存和环境适应具有重要意义。适度的焦虑唤醒个体对潜在的威胁保持警惕,但焦虑过度则防碍个体的临场决策和技能发挥,持续强烈的焦虑体验甚至会发展为焦虑障碍,严重影响着人们的心理和生理健康。因此针对焦虑的控制和干预具有重要意义。 近年来的一些研究发现自我欺骗对个体的焦虑水平有控制和调节作用,但缺乏对其机制的探讨。本论文试图从焦虑、自我欺骗与应对方式的关系切入,对自我欺骗在焦虑与应对方式之间的中介作用进行了深入探究。 本论文分两个研究。研究1为问卷研究,研究2为实验研究。研究1被试群体为汉族普通大学生、汉族体校大学生和维吾尔族普通大学生(以下简称普通大学生、体校大学生和维族大学生),总样本量为518人。以状态-特质焦虑问卷,自我欺骗提升量表和运动员应对量表测量以上大学生样本的状态焦虑、特质焦虑、自我欺骗和应对方式。结果表明:1、体校大学生焦虑水平比普通大学生高;而维族大学生较汉族大学生焦虑水平高。2、体校大学生自我欺骗水平较普通大学生高,而普通大学生比维族大学生高。3、体校大学生和普通大学生的自我欺骗与状态焦虑、特质焦虑有显著负相关,但维族大学生的自我欺骗与焦虑无显著相关。4、对于体校大学生和普通大学生,他们的积极应对方式与和状态焦虑、特质焦虑有显著负相关,而消极应对方式与状态焦虑、特质焦虑有显著正相关。5、自我欺骗在焦虑与积极应对方式之间有中介作用。研究2采用实验法探索在应激场景下自我欺骗与状态焦虑的关系,发现自我欺骗能够缓解焦虑,即自我欺骗组的焦虑水平比控制组低。 本研究的创新之处在于比较系统地研究了不同大学生群体的焦虑、自我欺骗与应对方式,以及三者的关系,并发现在不同群体中三者之间的关系不尽相同,尤其汉族大学生与维族大学生有明显区别。自我欺骗与焦虑负相关仅表现在汉族大学生群体。此外本研究在实验条件下验证了自我欺骗对状态焦虑的影响,这让我们能更好地理解自我欺骗的作用,也为焦虑干预提供了新思路。
