中文摘要 | The nano-aluminum phosphate powder was prepared through adjusting the pH value of aluminum dihydric phosphate by dropping ammonia water at a proper temperature in the presence of additive CTAB. And finally the dense phosphate ceramic film was formed after sintering at special temperature. The slurry was obtained by mixing the powder with deionized water, and then coated on the surfaces of the samples. And finally the dense phosphate ceramic film was formed after sintering at special temperature. The morphology of nano-aluminum phosphate and the sintered ceramic film structure were characterized by FESEM, the weight loss and endothermal process of phase transformation when sintering aluminum phosphate were analyzed by TG/DTA. The phase compositions of the samples sintered at different temperatures were identified by XRD. The results show that temperature and pH value have great effect on the morphology and particle size of the aluminum phosphate powder. Sintering of the powder began at 800 degrees C. Compared with the commonly used aluminum phosphate, the sinter difficulty lowered, and softening temperature was broadened relatively, which is beneficial to sinter process selection for different application systems. FESEM results show that the ceramic film sintered at 1200 degrees C has very good compactness compared with commonly used aluminum phosphate ceramic film, which is favorite to extend the using fields especially for high temperature resistance. |
