英文摘要The utility model discloses a single/dual surface laser shock peening optical path system for a blisk, and belongs to the field of laser shock peening processing of the blisk. The single/dual surface laser shock peening optical path system for the blisk mainly comprises an optical platform, a numerical control slide platform, a numerical control rotating platform, a reflecting mirror, a focusing mirror, a dodging lens, a swinging arm, an energy meter, a protection plate, a protective cover and a light pipe which form four sets of light paths. Any one of the four sets of light paths can be manually/automatically selected to work, or a second optical path and a fourth optical path can be selected to work at the same time; a first optical path and a third optical path are focusing optical paths; once a laser beam with diameter less than 27mm is input, spots of the output laser are circular spots with diameter of 2 to 5mm, and the circular spots are uniform in optical intensity; the second optical path and the second optical path are both the dodging optical paths; and when the laser beam with diameter less than 27mm is input, quadrate spots with side length of 2 to 5mm can be output, and the quadrate pots are uniform in optical intensity. The single/dual surface laser shock peening optical path system for the blisk is simple in structure, can improve the production efficiency when in use, and also can ensure the uniformity and stability of the laser shock peening mass.
