英文摘要The invention relates to a device for detecting radial run-out of the outer ring of a pipe and a control method thereof. The device comprises an adjusting mechanism which is fixed on a bed body and used for adjusting the position of the pipe or a pipe support, a clamping mechanism which is fixed on the bed body and used for clamping the pipe in the horizontal direction, a driving mechanism which is arranged on the clamping mechanism and used for driving the pipe to rotate, and a detecting mechanism which is arranged on the clamping mechanism and used for collecting a radial run-out value of each point of the outer ring of the pipe. The method comprises the following steps of: the mechanisms and parameters are initialized after receiving a detection start signal, the adjusting mechanism moves the pipe support to a working position the clamping mechanism clamp the pipe, and the driving mechanism moves down so that a friction wheel is in contact with the pipe the adjusting mechanism moves away the pipe support the driving motor of the driving mechanism is actuated to rotate the pipe the detecting mechanism begins to collect radial run-out data of the outer ring of the pipe and the detection is stopped when the collection quantity is reached. The device and control method eliminate personal error, are suitable for detecting pipes one by one with high efficiency, complete the whole detection process within 10 seconds and truly achieve rapid and reliable detection.
