英文摘要The utility model relates to a tension control and counting device, which is provided with a driving wheel shaft system and a driven wheel shaft system, wherein the driving wheel shaft system is installed on a supporting frame formed by a fixed supporting base and a chassis, and the driven wheel shaft system is installed on a rocking supporting frame formed by the method that a rocking arm is hinged with a supporting base of the rocking arm fixed on the chassis together. A cable is always clamped between a driving wheel and a driven wheel, and enters a cable winch via a guide cylinder the extending-out end of a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the rocking arm, the tail end of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged with a tail base of the hydraulic cylinder fixed on the chassis, a magnetic proximity switch is installed on the rocking arm, and a permanent magnet is attached to the driven wheel. When the cable winch of an underwater robot releases and retracts the cable, the utility model can exert tension on the cable so as to ensure that the operation of the cable retraction and release can be achieved successfully simultaneously, counting signals used for calculating the length of the outside of the cable can be given in time as required.
