英文摘要 | In this study, A549 cells treated by radioactive I-125 seed were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq PE150, and then the transcriptome was analyzed using bioinformatics methods. Gene ontology classification analysis showed that differentially expressed genes (DEGs) belonged to 10 categories, and low-dose group, medium-dose group and high-dose group I-125 treatment obtained 440 DEGs, 4275 DEGs and 2850 DEGs, respectively. Additionally, DEGs were involved in tumor-related pathways, endoplasmic reticulum protein processing and cell cycle pathways. Therefore, radioactive I-125 seed can significantly inhibit the growth of lung cancer, which provide a theoretical basis for the clinical I-125 seed to effectively treat lung cancer. |
