中文摘要改进了采用元素硫加亚硫酸盐硫化氧化铜矿的方法。使其用于碱性脉石矿石。对于难选氧化铜矿石,在氨浸条件下,加入元素硫和亚硫酸盐硫化沉淀浸出的铜氨络合物为硫化铜。亚硫酸盐的加入可以降低反应温度及缩短反应时间。亚硫酸盐、碳酸铵用量及反应温度对硫化有明显影响。X射线衍射证明硫化铜沉淀为铜兰。在没有加入矿石条件下,金相观察表明铜兰包裹在元素硫表面上。处理东川汤丹难选氧化铜矿,在80 ℃下硫化4小时,用丁基黄药和2~#油进行浮选,获得了含铜17.1%的精矿,铜回收率84%。
英文摘要A modified sulfidization method was studied to sulfidize the "refractory" oxidized copper ore with elemental sulfur and sulfite in the presence of ammonia and ammonium carbonate. This method can be considered especially suitable to the oxidized copper ore with high cotents of basic gangue minerals. The sulfidization reaction can be carried out at lower temperature with shorter reaction time by the addition of sulfite into the reaction mixture. The leaching effect of ammonium carbonate and ammonia on oxidized copper minerals was found to be beneficial to the sulfidization of copper ore. Elemental sulfur and sulfite react with the copper ammonium complex ions in solution from the leaching of copper minerals to precipitate the copper as covellite as indicated by x-ray diffraction studies. The treatment of oxidized copper ore from Tangdan deposite of Dongchuan Copper Mines with the method discussed above gave some encouraging results. The sulfidization was carried out at 80 ℃ for 4 hours. The sulfidized ore was floated with the addition of Butyl xanthate and Pine oil. The concentrate with grade of 17.1% Cu and with 84% recovery can be obtained.
