中文摘要硫在钠系渣和碳饱和铁水间的平衡分配,是碳酸钠处理含硫铁水方面的一个重要理论课题。本工作的目的是进一步完善这方面的研究。在Na_2O-SiO_2渣系中,分别研究了渣碱度、实验温度和铁水硫浓度对硫在渣和金属间平衡分配比的影响。根据得到的硫分配数据,计算了渣的硫化物容量。所得结果与前人数据基本一致。在Na_2O-SiO_2渣系中分别添加P_2O_5、V_2O_5和FeO,考察了它们对硫平衡分配比的影响。发现这三种氧化物对Na_2O-SiO_2渣系脱硫均有不利作用。在Na_2O-SiO_2渣系中,固定SiO_2含量,用等摩尔CaO取代其中的Na_2O,比较了它们的脱硫能力。得知CaO的脱硫能力远不及Na_2O。利用Na_2O-SiO_2渣系中Na_2O的活度,计算得到了Na_2O气化反应产生的钠蒸气压力与实验温度及渣碱度的关系。将计算结果同实测结果进行比较,其规律相同。
英文摘要The sulfur partitions between carbon-saturated hot metal and Na_2O-SiO_2 stages are fundamental subjects on the external desulfurization of hot metal by soda ash. The purpose of this investigation is to develope it further. The sulfur partitions between carbon-saturated hot metal and Na_2O-SiO_2 stags have been measured at different temperatures, stag basicities (Na_2O/SiO_2, mole ratio), initial sulfur contents of hot metal, respectively. The sulfide capacities of the slags have been calculated from the obtained sulfur partition ratios. The two results are consistent with each other and they are compared with other investigations. Adding P_2O_5, V_2O_5, FeO into Na_2O-SiO_2 stages, respectively, We observed the effects of these oxides on the sulfur distribution and found that they are all infavorable for the stage desulfurization. The sulfur partitions between carbon-saturated hot metal and Na_2O-SiO_2-CaO melts at the constant SiO_2 content were also measured at 1350 ℃. Through these experiments, we found that the desulfurization ability of CaO is much lower than that of Na_2O. The sodium vapor toss due to the reduction of Na_2O by carbon was calculated using the activities of Na_2O in the Na_2O-SiO_2 stages. The results are compared with the experiment values.
