题名铁离子存在下辉铜矿氧压酸浸过程的研究

中文摘要合成Cu_2S的氧压酸浸在高压釜内进行,温度范围为80 ℃-120 ℃,压力为1.01-4.05MPa,硫酸浓度为0.28N-2.14N,添加铁离子浓度最高为0.46 g/l,搅拌速度为800 r.p.m。主要考查了铁离子添加量及其他条件变化对浸出过程第二阶段的影响。添加铁离子使浸出速度加快,元素硫产率提高。Fe~(3+)与CuS反应,生成Fe~(2+),在Cu~(++)存在下,Fe~(2+)的氧化速度较快,大部分铁离子呈Fe~(3+)状态,实验结果表明:Fe~(2+)的氧化速度与铜的浸出速度相近,因此认为铁离子O_2和CuS之间循环,起传递电子的作用。CuS + 2Fe~(3+) → Cu~(++) + S° + 2Fe~(2+) 1/4O_2 + Fe~(2+) + H~+ → Fe~(3+) + 1/2H_2O铁离子浓度为0.46g/l时,活化能为16.4KJ/mole,扩散为速度控制步骤,符合生成固体产物层的收缩核模型:1 - 2/3α - (1 - α)~(2/5) = k_2t不添加铁离子时,活化能为40.2KJ/mole,表面反应的速率控制步骤,符合收缩核模型:1 - (1 - α)~(1/3) = k_1t不论添加铁离子与否,浸出速度都与氧压成正比,酸度高于0.71N时,浸出速度不受酸度影响。元素硫产率随铁离子浓度增加而提高,随温度升高而降低,但在高铁离子浓度下,温度对S°产率影响不大,氧压对元素硫产率影响不显著,高于0.71N时,酸度对S°产率无影响。
英文摘要The acid teaching of synthetic chalcocite was conducted in a magnetic-coupled Atirred autoclave under different conditions. The range of temperature Atudied was from 80 to 120 ℃, the partial pressure of oxygen from 1.01 to 4.05 MPa, the concentration of iron in Aolution up to 0.46 g/l and the acidity from 0.28 to 2.14 N. The rotating Apeed to Atirren used was 800 r.p.m and the ratio of Aolid to liquid was always kept at 12.5 g/l. The effect of iron in Bolution and other conditions on the Aecond Atage of teaching process was Atudied. The presence of Amall amount of iron in Aolution could accelerate the teaching rates, and raise the geilds of tegmental Aulphun. The Fe~(2+) was oxidized rapidly by oxygen in the presence of the Cu~(++), the rate of Fe~(3+) formation was just about the pame as the teaching rate of copper from covellite formed during the first Atage of teaching chalcocite. The electron transfer between CuS & O_2 in the presence of Aoluble iron can be represented as: CuS + 2Fe~(3+) → Cu~(++) + S~0 + 2F_e~(2+) 1/4O_2 + Fe~(2+) + H~+ → Fe~(3+) + 1/2H_2O. The activation energy was found to be 16.4 KJ/mole and the teaching rate was controlled by the reactant diffusion through the elemental Aultun layer found during reaction. The following equation which was desired under the condition of diffusion through the reaction produt layer controlling can be used to represent the experimental data: 1 - 2/3α - (1 - α)~(2/3) = k_2t But in the absence of iron in solution, the activation energy was found to be 40.2 KJ/mole, the teaching rate was indicated as controlled by the rate of reaction occurred on the mineral Aurface, and the following equation can be used to represent the experimental data: 1 - (1 - α)~(1/3) = k_1t Either presence on absence of iron in solution, the teaching rate was proportional to the partial pressure of oxygen. With iron in Aolution, the teaching rate was independent of acidity above 0.71N. The geild of S° was increased with the increase of concentration of iron in Aolution, put was independent of partial pressure of oxygen and acidity above 0.71N, and was decreased with increasing of temperature. However, the affect of temperature on the yeild of S° was diminished under the conditions of high concentration of iron in Aolution.
