中文摘要本工作采用扫描电镜静态观察和显微录相的方法对不同双组分混合物料颗粒表面粘着行为和流化床浓粗结构进行了观察。并应用床层塌落法对这些混合物料的流化特性进行了测定。对粘附在粗颗粒表面的细颗粒的运动行为进行的理论分析解释了实验观察结果。本文指出,粗细颗粒之间的“粘着效应”导致双组分混合物料相互改善流态化质量的协同作用;提出的数学模型与实验结果符合得较好;对表观协同作用参数的计算和讨论,阐明了粒度组成对流态化特性的影响。
英文摘要The behavior due to interfacial adhesion and the dense-phase structure of fluidized beds for various binary mixtures consisting of two closely sized particles, have been investigated through observation under an SEM and a videocorder, and the corresponding fluidizing characteristics have been measured by the bed-collapsing method. The experimental observations have been interpreted on the basis of a theoretical analysis on the movement of the fines adhering on the coarse. It is concluded that adhesion between the fines and the coarse often leads to synergism for binary mixtures in improving the quality of fluidization of either component. The mathematical model proposed has been found to be in good agreement with experimental results, and the present calculation and analysis for parameters representing synergism sheds light on the influence of size composition on fluidizing characteristics of a powder.
