英文摘要 | Since the CS2 numerical model was proposed, various modified versions for consolidation problems have been proposed and applied. This paper has presented a consolidation modelling algorithm (CMA) that is based on CS2 model for one-dimensional consolidation. The unified hardening (UH) constitutive relation has been introduced into the CMA in order to describe the elastic visco-plasticity, and Hansbo's flow law has been introduced to describe the non-Darcian flow characteristics. The applicability of the CMA has been validated through comparison with the existing oedometer test results. The effects of the new capability of the CMA on the consolidation process were then investigated using several numeric examples. The results indicated that the UH constitutive relation and Hansbo's flow have a significant influence on the dissipation process of excess pore water pressure. With regard to ground settlement, the UH constitutive relation affects the entire process, while Hansbo's flow affects the process of settlement but may not have an effect on the final settlement. |
