中文摘要自组装结构纳米材料由于具有特殊的结构和优异的性能,其在催化、载体、光电 材料等方面具有应用潜力。传统的自组装纳米结构的制备主要依赖于各种模板或结构 引导剂,本论文提出了一种无模板、无表面活性剂的简单温和的方法制备了 ZnO 自 组装结构。以 Zn(Ac)2·2H2O 和 NaOH 为反应原料,通过水热处理,制备出了尺寸 1-2 μm 的 ZnO 片状自组装结构,系统研究了不同的反应时间、反应温度、溶剂介质组 成及 NaOH 用量等对产物结构的影响,采用 XRD、SEM、TEM、PL 等手段对产物的 结构、形貌及光学性能进行了表征,提出了 ZnO 初始沉淀物结构控制的片状自组装 结构的形成机理,获得了形貌可控的 ZnO 片状自组装结构。此外,进一步应用醇与 水的混合溶剂体系,以 Zn(Ac)2·2H2O 为原料,在丙三醇与水组成的溶剂介质中,通 过溶剂热处理,一步法获得了尺寸 6-8 μm 形貌均一的 ZnO 棒组装空心微球。重点研 究了反应温度、时间及溶剂组成对于产物形成的重要影响。本文开展的两种制备自组 装 ZnO 的研究不仅有助于进一步认识自组装结构的生长过程,了解组装单元纳米晶 之间的相互作用,揭示组装结构的形成机制,还可以为设计新型的纳米结构和其应用 开发提供有益的理论指导。
英文摘要Self-assembly nanostructures have extensive potential applications in catalysis, carriers and photoelectric fields due to their peculiar structure and excellent properties. Self-assembly nanostructures have been traditionally accomplished through the templates or structure directing reagents assembly mechanism. In this paper, a facile route without any templates or surfactants was developed to prepare ZnO self-assembly structures under soft reaction conditions. ZnO nanoplate assemblies with the size of 1-2 μm were successfully obtained using Zn(Ac)2·2H2O and NaOH as reactants through the hydrothermal treatment. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and photoluminescence (PL) characterized the structure, morphology and optical property of products. The mechanism of structure directing of original ZnO precipitates was proposed to explain the formation of the self-assembly nanostructures. Furthermore, uniform ZnO hollow microspheres assembled with nanorods with the size of 6-8 μm were synthesized using Zn(Ac)2·2H2O as reactants by one–step solvothermal route without any templates or structure directing reagents. The important influence of reaction temperature, time and mixed solvent composition on the formation of products has been investigated. The study of the two synthesis routes of ZnO self-assembly structures in this paper not only contributes to realize the growth process of self-assembly structures and the formation mechanism, but also provides useful guide for the design and application of new nano-architectures.
