英文摘要BACKGROUND: The Wnt/ beta -catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in neural development. beta -catenin is an important component of the Wnt/ beta -catenin signaling pathway. The Wnt signaling pathway has been shown to regulate the interaction of neural stem cells with the extracellular matrix.
