英文摘要PURPOSE:To offer the light wavelength conversion device which generates the 2nd higher harmonic of laser light with higher efficiency, uniforms its light phase, and increases its light density by making the fundamental wave and 2nd higher harmonic of the laser light resonate in a resonator composed of a 2nd higher harmonic generating means for the light. CONSTITUTION:A coating layer 53 which transmits part of the laser light with fundamental wavelength and reflects the 2nd higher harmonic of the laser light almost totally is provided on the end surface of the ring type resonator 19 where the laser light is made incident, and a coating layer 55 which reflects the laser light with the fundamental wavelength almost totally and transmits part of the 2nd higher harmonic of the laser light is provided on the end surface of the ring type resonator from which the 2nd higher harmonic is outputted.
