英文摘要	Background Studies have shown that irinotecan can improve survival in patients with advanced or recurrent gastric cancer, but the overall benefit of irinotecan in the treatment of advanced or recurrent gastric cancer remains controversial. The aim of this study was to evaluate the benefits and risks of irinotecan for survival in patients with advanced or recurrent gastric cancer.
