英文摘要Transient receptor potential canonical 4 (TRPC4) channels are Ca~(2+)-permeable nonselective cation channels, mainly expressed in brain, heart and cardiopulmonary vasculature. They can regulate Ca~(2+) influx through receptor-operated and Ca~(2+) store-operated mechanisms and are involved in diverse physiological processes. In this review, we summarize the recent advance of activation mechanisms and physiological functions as well as modulators of TRPC4.
