英文摘要	A chiral LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of pantoprazole (1) enantiomers in Beagle dog plasma and applied to the stereoselectivity pharmacokinetics in Beagle dog. d_5-1 was selected as the internal standard and a Lux Cellulose-4 chiral column was used. MS was conducted under the multiple reaction monitoring mode with electrospray ionization (ESI),with the transitions of m/z 384.2 m/z 200.0 (1) and m/z 389.1 m/z 205.1 (d_5-1). It was linear for (S) - and (R) -1 in the range of 24 000 ng/ml. The results for the stereoselectivity pharmacokinetics in Beagle dog showed that the pharmacokinetics was consistent for (S) - and (R) -1 in Beagle dogs whenever they were administered alone or as a racemic combination. There was no enatiomer detected in dog plasma after administration of a single component, indicating that there was no configuration transformation occurred.
