英文摘要	Objective To study pharmacokinetics of injective amoxici -llin sodium/sulbactam sodium (4: 1) in healthy volunteers. Methods A single intravenous at a dose of amoxicillin sodium 2 000 mg and sulbactam sodium 500 mg given to 8 healthy volunteers in order to study pharmacokinetics of injective amoxicillin sodium/sulbactam sodium (4: 1) in plasma. Concentration were determined by simultaneous liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry method. Results The main pharma-cokinetic parameters after intravenous amoxicillin sodium 2 000 mg and sulbactam sodium 500 mg were as followings; C_(max) were (105. 40 16.42) and (49.87 9.62) mug o mL~(-1); t_(1/2) were (1.680.75) and (1.77 0.62) h; AUC_(0-tn) were (163.44 45.88) and (79.66 22.42) mug·h·mL~(-1); CL were (12.803.14) and (6.611.57) L·h~(-1); Vz were (30. 90 14. 80) and (17. 22 7. 61) L; MRT were (2.41 0.22) and (1.86 0.23) h. Conclusion These main phar-macokinetic parameters obtained showed the ratio of concentration of amoxicillin - sulbactam was 2:1. About 60% of amoxicillin sodium and 70% of sulbactam sodium were excreted through kidney in 12 h.
