英文摘要 | Aim To study the synthesis of resveratrol.Methods The target compound was prepared from 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid by methylation and reduction,followed by bromination and reaction with triethyl phosphate to give diethyl(3,5-dimethoxybenzyl)phosphonate,then condensation with anisaldehyde and deprotection with AlCl3.Results and conclusion The overall yield was 39%.The improved procedure can be easily operated and is suitable to scale production.In addition,the starting materials are conveniently obtained. |
