英文摘要 | This study investigated the rele of PKCs on ceramide-induced apoptosis in Rat phaeochromocytoma PC 12 cells. Exogenous C6-ceramide induced apoptosis in PC 12 cells in a concentration-dependent way (5-20μmol/L). It failed to change the anti-apoptosis protein Bc12 and proapoptosis protein Bax expression at 12 h. Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA), a PKCs activator, failed to change the survive of PC12 |
