英文摘要	The infrared spectrum, mass spectrometry, H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance, C-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (BB, DEPT-90, 135), H-1-H-1 correlated spectroscopy (H-1-H-1 COSY), (H-1 detected) heteronuelear multiple-quantum coherence (HMQC), (H-1 detected) heteronuclear multiple bond coherence (HMBC) of desloratidine were reported and interpreted. All the (HNMR)-H-1 and (CNMR)-C-13 chemical shifts were assigned by means of H-1-H-1 COSY, HMQC and HMBC. The chemical structure of the main characteristic fragmentations and the vibrations of functional groups of this compound were discussed.
