英文摘要	A HPLC method with fluorescence detection for the determination of a-2, 5-dimethoxyphenyl-(3-aminoethanol hydrochloride in serum was established. The serum sample was treated with solid phase extract. A Diamonsil C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% tri-fluoroacetic acid solution (28:72). The excitation and emission wavelength were 288 and 328 nm, respec-tively. Methoxatnini was used as internal standard. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 5～32 ng/ml (r=0. 9999). The limit of detection was 5 pg. The extraction recovery was more than 86%, and the RSD of intra- and inter-batch were 1. 2%～5. 4%.
