英文摘要Three new ergosterols, ganocalidophins A-C (1-3), along with four known ones, were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma sinense. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive NMR and MS technologies, as well as the single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1-3 and 6 exhibited inhibitory activities against NO production with IC50 of 17.7-32.4 mu M.
