英文摘要	PURPOSE:To enable accurate irradiation with laser beams while pressing tender points, by rotating the leading end whose probe tip is made of a light- transmitting material and which is equipped with an optical element at the topmost end, and by sliding the light-emitting end of semiconductor laser in the direction of laser optical axis. CONSTITUTION:The leading end 6 is made of a light-transmitting material and is equipped at the topmost end with an optical element 6a, a groove 6b for a cover case 5 to fit so as to be freely rotatable, and a screw 6c to slide the base 11 with a built-in semiconductor laser 10 in the direction of optical axis. The base 11 is fitted with the laser 10, which is fixed to the leading end 6 with the screw 6c. The cover case 5 is made of a conductive material, fitted with the ON-OFF switch 4 of a circuit 12 driving the laser 10, and electrically connected to the circuit 12 with a lead 13. The inner periphery of the cover case is so designed as to freely slide on the outer periphery of the base 1 Rotation of the leading end 6 with the cover case 5 fixed allows the base 11 to slide and laser focal position L to vary as well as irradiation with laser beams while pressing the affected part for treatment.
