英文摘要	[PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED] It is an object to provide a less expensive light emitting device with a suitably and extensively variable wavelength and a hologram reproducing device for which the light emitting device is used. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] Suitable wavelength bands for plane light emitting lasers (2, 3, 4) setting up a VCSEL array (6) are different from each other. A control unit (20) regards an entire region summing up the suitable wavelength bands as a variable wavelength band and variably controls light wavelengths irradiated from the plane light emitting lasers. To this end, a light emitting device (24) with a widely variable wavelength band is formed with a less expensive and simple structure.
