英文摘要	PURPOSE:To improve C/N of a multi-beam light source module by placing at least two or more semiconductor laser chips separately in the degree so as not to interfere nor couple with each other on an optical guide base to reduce a crosstalk. CONSTITUTION:Two semiconductor laser chips LW, LR are so placed and fixed separately enough not to generate a crosstalk on a guide base 9. One end of an optical guide 10 is opposed to the emitting end of a semiconductor laser chip LW, one end of the other optical guide 11 is opposed to the emitting end of a semiconductor laser chip LR, and optically coupled. The ends of the guides 10, 11 are formed, for example, to be approached to the degree of approx. 10mum. Thus, emitting beams BW, BR are disposed at fine interval sufficient to guide by the same optical system, and the interval of the chips LW, LR is sufficiently increased to prevent electric interference and coupling, thereby eliminating the decrease in C/N.
