This phosphor member (200) is characterized in that: the phosphor layer contains a phosphor film (222); the phosphor film is configured so as to contain phosphor particles and a binder that is composed of an inorganic substance; the refractive index difference between the binder and the phosphor particles is 0.2 or more; and the binder has an average particle diameter of 50 μm or less. |
