英文摘要	PURPOSE:To prevent a laser light from being outputted in the case of contact with an object excepting for a human body by providing a touch detecting means to detect that a laser light radiating port touches an irradiated body and a temperature detecting means to detect a temperature near a part to be touched, especially, to detect a body temperature and controlling a laser light source by the outputs of these detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Probes 9a and 9b, a thermistor to detect the body temperature and a temperature sensor 10 such as thermocouple, etc., are provided in the tip of an irradiating port 10. An electric signal to be proportional to the temperature, which is obtained from a sensor circuit 25, distinguishes an electric signal corresponding to the temperature almost near the body temperature by a wind comparator 26 and a body temperature signal is sent to a logical product circuit 13. When a touch signal and a temperature signal are sent together, the logical product circuit 13 sends a signal to a central processing unit 14. Only when such a signal is sent, the central processing unit 14 energizes a semiconductor laser diode and radiate the laser light. Thus, when a probe 2 touches the object excepting for the human body, the laser light is not radiated since the temperature signal is not sent.
