| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation in ignition energy and improve the performance of a plug, by attaching at least one semiconductor laser element to the inside of the top of the plug. CONSTITUTION:A cavity is provided in the plug. An explosion-proof glass 7 and a condensing lens 6 are installed in appropriate positions in the plug. At least one semiconductor laser element (RLED) 5 is attached to the inside of the top of the plug. A lead wire 10 provided in an apporpriate position on the outside of the plug. Because the semiconductor laser element is located in the plug, the transmission loss in laser light is minimized and electric noises due to a high-voltage current are reduced. |
