英文摘要	The present invention relates to a high power laser treatment device that avoids the occurrence of thermal damage and pain in the skin even when a treatment area is irradiated for a long time in a state of complete contact with a handpiece. The high power laser treatment device according to the present invention is a laser treatment device for irradiating a treatment area with a high power laser through a handpiece that is linked to a main body and closely contacts the treatment area, wherein the handpiece includes: a housing; a laser diode that is installed inside and spaced apart from the housing and forms a suction flow path, and that generates the high power laser; an optical window disposed on the front surface of the laser diode; a cooling element that is installed on the side surface of the laser diode and cools the laser diode; and a front plate which is coupled to the front surface of the housing and disposed in front of the optical window, and in which is formed a suction opening communicating with the suction path, and wherein the main body includes: a power supply unit that supplies external power; a suction pressure generation unit that forms suction pressure in the suction flow path; and a control unit that is connected to the power supply unit and the suction pressure generation unit and controls the operations of the laser diode, the cooling element, and the suction pressure generation unit.
