| 英文摘要 | A light emitting apparatus which has reduced power consumption is provided. The light emitting apparatus includes a light emitting device and a thermoelectric cooler which cools the light emitting device. The light emitting device and the thermoelectric cooler are driven by a single voltage source. The light emitting apparatus operates the thermoelectric cooler using a current which is normally consumed as heat energy by a bias resistor in a circuit. Accordingly, the circuit is simplified and power consumption is reduced. |
